Experience with luxury real estate: I handled the sale of 17 luxury penthouses at Manor Vail. My responsibilities were to help plan rooms, pricing, marketing, pre-sales, open houses, being present at all showings, and negotiating. Pricing was from $4 million to $22 million.
Included in luxury experience were sales in Strawberry Park in Beaver Creek, Borders Road, Village Hall, Cordillera (over $5 million), Forest Place and Forest Road in Vail, Mill Creek Circle, Bridge Street Lodge, Pilgrim Downs in the Lake Creek area, and Vail Golf Course highest price ever.
